3. Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to the appointment. Shine Zilla is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Liability

1. Damage: Shine Zilla will take all necessary precautions to prevent any damage to your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage, Shine Zilla’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
2. Force Majeure: Shine Zilla is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
