Cancellation Conditions
- Advanced Notice: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No Show: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and you are not available or have not canceled the appointment, a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the service will be charged.
Rescheduling Appointments
- Advanced Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty if the request is made at least 12 hours before the original appointment time.
- Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
